Our Story

Connecting people with Canada's diverse culture and history through contemporary Canadian cuisine.  The menu features locally sourced game meats and fresh seafood that accentuates fresh flavours. 

Wildflower continues to be the innovative restaurant in Edmonton and is a top dining spot for those that are looking for a casual dinner or even for a special occasion. We put a lot of care and consideration into our food and drink as we do our service.

About the Chef

After attending the S.A.I.T professional culinary program,  Chef J.P has interned at Saint Germain in 2009 in Calgary.

He has since then worked in several notable restaurants through Calgary, including Vintage Chophouse,  and the River Café. Over his four plus years at the River Café, J.P’s own cooking style manifested through his preferences for local, organic and sustainable ingredients.

JP has also worked along side great chef's such as Duncan Ly, Andrew Winfield, Jason Barton Brown, and Kaede Hirooka.

As the Head Chef at Wildflower, Chef J.P is able incorporate his cooking style and flavours and take his cooking to the next level as he is always inspired by quality, locally sourced ingredients.
